1. When will my order be shipped?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
2. How long does shipping take?
International shipping usually takes between 14 to 30 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.
3. Do you provide tracking for all orders?
Yes! Every order is shipped with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes – if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for a cancellation request.
5. What is your return/refund policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
